Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Solutions Architect, for one of our key clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience;
- Experience in test environment, test data, test designing and automation;
- Over six (6) years in complex IT environments, with focus on application development and integration;
- Over four (4) years in cloud solution architecture and design, with strong grasp of enterprise design patterns;
- Proficient in Microservices, PaaS, and SaaS architectures; experienced in designing cloud-native solutions;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to balance big-picture thinking and detailed execution;
- Collaborative and adaptable, with experience engaging stakeholders across geographies and functions;
- Deep understanding of test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Postman) and test environment architecture;
- Advocates for simplicity and iterative approaches aligned with Agile principles;
- Experience in Quality Engineering architecture / Test architecture;
- Skilled in CI/CD tools including GitLab, Git, Jenkins;
- Strong knowledge of test environment management;
- Experience in regulated environments with privacy-safe non-production data handling; and
- Familiarity with service virtualization, pipeline quality gates, and release validation
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and phased migration strategies for legacy content platforms;
- Familiarity with enterprise content search, classification, and retention in regulated environments;
- Background in financial services or similarly complex, regulated industries;
- Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation platforms, and container technologies;
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and commitment to continuous learning;
- Architectural expertise using frameworks and modeling languages;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous architecture principles; and
- Experience applying value stream approaches to business solution design.
