Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) designation;
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile adoption across multiple teams;
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills;
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile, Azure DevOps, or similar); and
- Canadian residency (due to security and contracting requirements).
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
- Experience using ServiceNow’s Agile module;
- Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS);
- Experience contributing to performance metrics, KPIs, and Agile dashboards; and
- Background in coaching non-development IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk).
