Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking two (2) Risk and Controls Consultant (Integrity Consultant), for one of our key clients. Consultants, as part of the integrity team, will own integrity and quality control implementation across the social security solution. Work across the solution team identifying risks and translating them into business requirements, business processes and operational controls and provide guidance to junior resources..
This posting is for an incorporated contract engagement and is not an employment position.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
- More than three (3) years of experience on implementation of citizen facing public service solutions (social security, social services, taxation, customs, grants or similar) or banking/financial services;
- Experience with business process design, requirement gathering;
- Experience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions;
- Experience with stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership skills; and
- Experience working on a matrix environment and negotiating complex solution.
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
- Performing complex case management implementation (multi-year);
- Designing or implementing fraud, integrity or quality controls, compliance programs or similar;
- Performing business process transformation;
- Working with cross-functional agile production teams; and
- Performing risk management on a public service or financial services environment (risk assessment and mitigation strategies).
