Donna Cona Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Programmer Analyst for one of our key clients. The role would include building the interfaces and testing successful integration to upstream / downstream systems – as well as replicating data into a data warehouse.
Candidates MUST have the following:
- Requires existing Canadian Federal Government Reliability Security Clearance or ability to obtain;
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing a role with substantially similar activities and responsibilities listed below;
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience on projects to implement Microsoft services including but not limited to MS Azure, Azure DevOps, Databricks, etc.;
- Development skills (5+ years total experience):
- Java;
- Springboot;
- Apache Camel;
- Data Schema and modelling;
- Developing on Container Platforms i.e. Redhat Openshift (Containerisation platform); and
- Cloud Native Development i.e. Microsoft Azure – Application Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Technical documentation including creating Technical Detailed Designs from business process flows (Configure and tailor a technology platform to meet business and technical requirements, Translate detailed flow charts into coded machine instructions and confer with technical personnel in planning programs, Analyze the problems outlined by the systems analysts/designers);
- Leveraging Azure DevOps for code repository and automated build to deploy of interface code;
- Unit and Integration Testing of development code (Verify accuracy and completeness of programs by preparing sample data, and testing them by means of system acceptance test runs, Test instructions, and assemble specifications, flow charts, diagrams, layouts, programming and operating instructions to document applications);
- Synchronous and a-synchronous development of integrations (Correct program errors by revising instructions or altering the sequence of operations); and
- API Management deployment patterns for synchronous.
