Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant – Level 3, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- A valid security clearance at the level of Secret;
- Over ten (10) years of experience, or over five (5) years of experience with a recognized professional certification.
Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
- Create overall change management strategy and plan;
- Establish governance bodies and processes;
- Develop strategy and planning documentation;
- Analyze data and existing documentation;
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions;
- Plan and execute pilot projects;
- Design and implement data products; and
- Provide strategic advice and insights.
