Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Business System Analyst, level 3, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- A valid security clearance at the level of Secret;
- Hold a Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification;
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a Business System Analyst within the last fifteen (15) years;
- A minimum of ten (10) years within the last fifteen (15) years of experience implementing ServiceNow modules; and
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years leading or conducting stakeholder engagement activities.
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
- More than three (3) projects modernizing business processes using ServiceNow’s native capabilities, while engaging stakeholders effectively, and prioritizing sustainable, low-customization solutions.
