Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultant with proven expertise in managing and optimizing Salesforce platforms to support a federal government client. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to analyze, redesign, and improve business processes while ensuring seamless alignment with Salesforce capabilities and organizational objectives. This role requires deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies, change management, and Salesforce solution delivery to drive efficiency, enhance user adoption, and enable measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and align with organizational goals.
  • Assess current processes and systems, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement Salesforce-enabled process improvements, ensuring compliance with government standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce platform governance, configuration best practices, and user adoption strategies.
  • Develop process maps, documentation, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support change management activities, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure solutions integrate effectively with existing enterprise systems and align with IT and security policies.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
  • Over five (5) years of experience in managing the Salesforce Platform – including environment provisioning and operational administration;
  • Building and/or documenting reusable platform-specific elements used in recruiting modernization;
  • Understanding and providing guidance for how to manage and optimize the use of Salesforce licenses across multiple portals;
  • Supporting governance and alignment into current departmental processes (e.g.: application portfolio management, business continuity management);
  • Providing advice, guidance, and managing a foundational training curriculum for the solution; and
  • Establishing communities of practice that will create standards, share best practices and reusable components.
