Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Property Manager, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with the administration of every day issues to resolution with the aim of ensuring all stakeholder concerns have been addressed;
- Create and maintain a “Brought Forward” system for follow up with a focus on tracking time from start to finish of project assignments of Property employees;
- Efficiently maintain and log all messages and ensure that appropriate items are brought to the Property/Asset Manager’s attention;
- Carry out required preparation of documents, presentations and other submissions of documents pertaining to property management;
- To act as Departmental Administrator, providing a ‘Point of Contact’ for internal and external customers
- Inspect property for deficiencies on tenant exit;
- Prepare inspection report on suggested improvements for Property Manager;
- Perform ‘Walk-thru’ Inspection with new tenants making note of all outstanding concerns or issues;
- Conducts collections within the region, including preparing disconnect letters, do up lists, making arrangements with customers, preparing arrangement letters, making updates in the system, assigning disconnections and load limiter installations, monitoring customer arrangements, applying disconnect fees, and notifying the Baker Lake officer or customer arrangements made;
- Processes payments, including receiving payments from payment stations, preparing deposits, and entering payments into the system;
- Assists customers with billing questions and processing connections and disconnections, including working with Baker Lake staff regarding decisions and communicating decisions to customers; and
- Making bank deposits (as may be required)
