Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager, for one of our key clients. The Project Coordinator will support a senior Project Manager and the leadership team in delivering a workload management transformation initiative for a large federal contact center environment. The focus is on coordinating activities, tracking progress, and supporting governance in a complex, multi‑stakeholder, waterfall project.
Candidate MUST have the following required experience and skills:
- Two (2) to over four (4+) years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles;
- Valid Level I – Reliability Canadian Government security clearance;
- Experience supporting IT / business transformation or contact center initiatives is an asset;
- Familiarity with waterfall delivery, exposure to Agile is a plus but not essential;
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and follow-through skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a multi-stakeholder environment;
- Proficiency with common project tools (e.g., MS Project / Jira / Excel / PowerPoint, as applicable); and
- Experience working with or around public sector / government clients is an asset.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Senior PM in planning and executing the project work plan;
- Coordinating and scheduling workshops, stakeholder meetings, and status reviews;
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and action item trackers;
- Preparing and circulating meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions;
- Assisting with status reporting (internal and client-facing), including progress against milestones and deliverables;
- Helping ensure alignment with fixed-price assumptions, scope, and acceptance criteria;
- Supporting communication and coordination across:
- Internal delivery team;
- Contact center SMEs; and
- Client stakeholders, including Service Canada representatives.
- Contributing to change request documentation and impact assessments as needed.
