Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Business Consultant, for one of our key clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, operating model, governance, or organizational change initiatives;
- Experience developing process maps, operating procedures, governance documentation, or implementation materials;
- Experience supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement activities;
- Prior consulting experience as part of overall career experience; and
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within contact centre, service desk, workload/workforce management, or customer support operations;
- Experience supporting operational readiness, transition planning, or post-implementation activities; and
- Experience working within government or other large, complex organizations.
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
- Supporting development of business requirements, process maps, governance documentation, operating procedures, and implementation materials;
- Conducting research and analysis to support business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives;
- Supporting process standardization activities by documenting agreed processes, procedures, and governance approaches;
- Supporting workshops and working sessions through preparation of materials, documentation of outcomes, and follow-up activities;
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams to gather information, validate approaches, and support development of practical solutions;
- Developing detailed deliverables, presentations, and implementation materials required to advance
- client initiatives;
- Supporting implementation planning, operational readiness, and transition activities; and
- Supporting proposal development and client pursuits through research, analysis, development of presentation materials and drafting of proposal content.
