For the last seven years, Donna Cona has worked closely with the Aboriginal community to produce a calendar that promotes First Nation, Metis and Inuit art. Our calendars have been well received in Canada and distributed with NO charge to Aboriginal organizations, Aboriginal communities, business associates our clients in the federal government, and to our friends/staff.
As in previous years, it is our intention to promote Aboriginal artists by showcasing their art within our 2008 calendar. If you know an Aboriginal artist that would be interested in having their art showcased in our calendar, please contact : Mr. Guy Freedman, President Nationmedia and Design at guy@nationmedia.ca or 613.237.6967.
We request that all images be sent electronically to Nationmedia and Design in the range of 8 inches by 10 inches at 300 dpi in a high resolution in EPS, PDF or TIF format. We are looking for artists that have a website address and/or email address.
From all of us at Donna Cona, we wish to thank the very talented Aboriginal artists who provided examples of their work over the years. Their art is truly what makes the calendar successful every year.
"Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the 2007 calendar, I am also grateful to receive some of the calendars as well. Seasons Greeting and the best of the New Year to you ( Donna Cona)".
