Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Develop requirements, feasibility, cost, design, and specification documents for systems.
Implement systems to support projects, departments, organizations or businesses.
Translate business requirements into systems design and specifications.
Analyse and recommend alternatives and options for solutions.
Develop technical specifications for systems development, design and implementation.
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum of ten years experience working on projects as a System Analyst
Must hold a post-secondary degree and/or a diploma or certificate from a recognized and accredited educational institute such as a university or college in a computer science or an Information Technology (IT) related discipline.
Minimum of five years hands-on experience with Hummingbird DM
Rated Requirements:
Experience in performing data base query admin functions on a minimum of 5 projects
Experience in installing and configuring RDIMS core applications in the federal government
Experience with collaboration technology
Open Text Livelink System Administrator (OTLSA) Certified
eDOCS certification

Each project must have been for a project team of at least eight members with a project duration of one year or more.
Rated Requirements:
Experience as a Project Scheduler on a Geomatics project where an Agile SDLC methodology was used to perform the design, build and test functions.
Experience as a Project Scheduler on a project where Dashboard Reporting (analysis and summary reporting of project status to plan) was used to report status and progress.
Experience as a Project Scheduler on a project where the resource was responsible for creating, monitoring, and managing a project plan for an integrated project team. This must have required coordinating the input /status updates of multiple teams throughout the duration of the project.
