"It was a memorable event for me and one of those moments I wished my sons would have been in attendance. I was honoured to be on a panel with Chief Henry and Carla Robinson. I have grown to admire these two Aboriginal women over the years and was inspired by their stories.
Just before my presentation, I informed the department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada about this event. I was overjoyed, when they gave me 100 copies of a book called "Journey to Success" to distribute at the Forum. The book was catered towards Aboriginal women who want to start a business and was appreciated by all who attended this event. A special thank you goes out to Shelley Munro, Policy Analyst, Strategic Policy and Planning Directorate, and Gregory Weir, Senior Program Officer, PSAB Advocacy and Partnerships Economic Development at the department for providing me with the copies of the book - (We'la'lin) ." says, Anna Molley.
