Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Architect, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Secret;
  • A minimum of ten (10) years experience working as a Technical Architect;
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience on cloud-computing projects within a Public Sector environment; and
  • A valid designation in one (1) of the following categories: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; OR Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect Expert; RO Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); OR Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Development and delivery of IT security strategies, solutions and proposals to solving IT and security problems affecting multiple stakeholders and security architectures in the last ten (10) years;
  • Designing, architecting or engineering IT Security components and architectures while working with CSEC Information Technology Security Guidance, IT Security Risk Management: A Lifecycle Approach (ITSG-33) guidelines in the last ten (10) years;
  • Developing and implementing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program;
  • Performing facilitation activities during requirements gathering in conjunction with the business clients, partners and project team members to ensure business process components are properly identified and documented in the last ten (10) years; and
  • Developing each of the following documents in the last five (5) years: Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA); OR Threat Risk Assessment (TRA).
