Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a System Analyst – Java, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience planning, designing, and implementing information systems, as well as analyzing, designing, developing, and testing various programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs;
  • Minimum two (2) years experience within the last ten (10) years working in a large government department/agency, crown corporation or private enterprise organization years demonstrating System Analyst type work (Large is defined as having greater and equal to 1,000 employees);
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience within the last six (6) years in the software development life cycle including implementation of Agile development processes, and the ability to communicate technological process changes to a non-technical audience;
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience within the last twelve (12) years in JAVA (Swing) development; and
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in the last six (6) years in conducting analysis, design and implementation.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Working in a large government department/agency, crown corporation or private enterprise organization years demonstrating System Analyst type work (Large is defined as having greater and equal to 1,000 employees);
  • Software development life cycle experience including implementation of Agile development processes, and the ability to communicate technological process changes to a non-technical audience;
  • Participating in JAVA (Swing) development; and
  • Conducting analysis, design, and implementation.
