Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a System Analyst, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a System Analyst, Level 3 performing the following roles and deliverables: Plans, designs and implements information systems. Analyses, designs, develops and tests various programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs;
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience within the last eight (8) years in each of the following category: Business Analysis, Project Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance;
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience within the last eight (8) years working in a large government or private enterprise organization. (Large is defined as having greater and equal to 5,000 employees);
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience within the last eight (8) years working on Enterprise Level Java Development (coding) within a Distributed Computing Environment;
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience within the last eight (8) years developing and implementing requirements (coding) leading to the creation of a large-scale application using Java Technology; and
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years working on Enterprise Level Java Development (coding) within a Service Oriented Architecture.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Working on Enterprise Level Java Development (coding) within a Distributed Computing Environment;
  • Developing and implementing requirements (coding) leading to the creation of a large-scale application using Java Technology; and
  • Working on Enterprise Level Java Development (coding) within a Service Oriented Architecture;
  • Developing using the following technologies: Eclipse, XML, Junit, Maven, JAVA, EJB’s.
