Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Risk Management Specialist, Level 2, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French;
  • Over five (5) years’ experience, within the last ten (10) years, as a bilingual Project Risk Management Specialist in Government of Canada (at Federal and Crown Corporation level), in a Grants and Contribution work environment;
  • Over five (5) years’ experience, within the last ten (10) years, in developing and implementing a program risk assessments that includes development, conducting and monitoring program risk assessments, identify program and overall risks, and recommend alternative solutions, methodologies and strategies, within Government of Canada (at Federal and Crown Corporation level), in a Grants and Contribution work environment;
  • Over five (5) years’ experience, within the last ten (10) years in supporting management and internal/ external stakeholders in the risk co-ordination efforts, developing and implementing Program Risk Frameworks, within Government of Canada (at Federal and Crown Corporation level), in a Grants and Contribution work environment; and
  • Holds a university or college degree along with the Risk or Project Management certification (i.e. PMP, PMI-RMP).

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Over five (5) years’ experience, within the last ten (10) years, as a Project Risk Management Specialist within the Government of Canada (at Federal and Crown Corporation level), in developing, and implementing IT risk solutions for flagging risks, and for tracking and monitoring risks presented in reports and dashboards on program risks; and
  • Over five (5) years’ experience, within the last ten (10) years as a Project Risk Management Specialist, within Government of Canada (at Federal and Crown Corporation level), in a Grants and Contribution work environment, creating and delivering risk tools, material, awareness and training material, and in coaching teams and management.
