Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist, Level 2 for one of our government clients.

The following experience is mandatory:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Helpdesk Specialist in a Virtual Desktop environment using VMware Horizon View;
  • Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance;
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in providing customer support services and technical support in a medium-sized computer network environment;
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in analyzing and solving problems related to the use of computers and software in a medium-sized department (500-5000 employees and workers);
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience performing a variety of computer problem analysis and monitoring tasks and responding appropriately to user requests and problems;
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience performing initial problem analysis and triaging of problems to other appropriate staff when required;
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience maintaining liaison with users and technical staff to communicate the status of problem resolution to users, logging and tracking requests for assistance; and
  • Experience participating in on-site installations of systems and applications for users.
