Donna Cona is one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. We are looking to hire a finance clerk/administrator to join our growing team.

Finance Clerk/Administrator will be required to:

  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents such as invoices, inventory reports, account statements, etc
  • Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, purchase orders, cheques, invoices
  • Maintain good customer relations and solve problems
  • Perform related clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, photocopying
  • Maintain and balance various accounts and contracts as required
  • Work with remote sites/ employees and different time zones

Our ideal candidate has

  • Experience working with accounts payable or receivable and/or Post-Secondary education related to finance or bookkeeping (new grads welcome)
  • Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good initiative, and a team oriented approach
  • A strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with accounting software would be considered an asset
