Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Support /Helpdesk Representative, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally;
- Experience in Strategic communications;
- Experience in Customer/Client Service;
- Comfortable making phone calls to the public;
- Knowledge of how to handle PII, Protected A and Protected B data
- GC Reliability security clearance required;
- Technical knowledge of COVID Alert app, Apple iOS, Android OS and the Exposure Notification Framework an asset; and
- Experience on Call Centre, an asset.
