Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Support /Helpdesk Representative, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • Bilingual (English and French);
  • Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally;
  • Experience in Strategic communications;
  • Experience in Customer/Client Service;
  • Comfortable making phone calls to the public;
  • Knowledge of how to handle PII, Protected A and Protected B data
  • GC Reliability security clearance required;
  • Technical knowledge of COVID Alert app, Apple iOS, Android OS and the Exposure Notification Framework an asset; and
  • Experience on Call Centre, an asset.
