Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant, Level 3, for a valued client.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC;
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the last fifteen (15) years of the bid closing date, performing the role of a Change Management Consultant;
  • Have worked as a Change Management Consultant (Level 2 or Level 3);
  • Have been on a project for a minimum duration of six (6) consecutive months;
  • Have performed, as a Change Management Consultant, any five (5) of the following tasks:
    • Developed and implemented a change management strategy and plan;
    • Developed and implemented a communications strategy and plan;
    • Developed and implemented a stakeholder engagement strategy and plan;
    • Monitored, reviewed and reported the effectiveness of the above strategies and plans;
    • Provided strategic advice and recommendations to senior management;
    • Prepared briefing materials and conducted stakeholder meetings; or
    • Coordinated the development of training plans and materials and delivered training.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years of the bid closing date, supporting IT Modernization or IT Transformation initiative(s); and
  • A degree or diploma in technology or science from a recognized University or College, or an equivalent thereof.

The following demonstrated experience is recommended:

  • Experience within the last ten (10) years of the bid closing date, supporting the design and implementation of IT digital solutions that included any of the following components:
    • Case and workflow management; or
    • Document or file management.
  • Experience within the last ten (10) years of the bid closing date, supporting IT Modernization or IT Transformation initiative(s) for an Intellectual Property Office;
  • Experience within the last five (5) years of the bid closing date, working on projects that utilized an Agile methodology;
  • Experience within the last five (5) years of the bid closing date, performing any two (2) of the following tasks to support IT-enabled business transformation initiatives:
    • Directed functional and business staff tasked with communicating enterprise wide business strategies or processes;
    • Directed functional and business staff tasked with assessing enterprise-wide change impact analysis; or
    • Coached senior management in helping them fulfil the role of the change sponsor.
  • Hold a valid certification in any three (3) of the following areas:
    • Managing Successful Programmes;
    • Prosci ADKAR Model (Foundational and Practitioner);
    • Change Management Practitionerâ„¢; or
    • Certified Change Management Professional.
