Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant, Level 2, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • Security clearance at the level of Reliability;
  • A minimum of five (5) years professional work experience within the last ten (10) years performing ALL of the following tasks:
    • Articulating the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense to staff and provides a compelling picture of the new organization; and
    • Coaching staff on the value of their contribution within the new organization.
  • A minimum of three (3) projects within the last ten (10) years performing ALL of the following tasks:
    • Designing interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through people-centered change; and
    • Designing interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through system-centered change.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Extensive professional work experience within the last ten (10) years performing ALL of the following tasks:
    • Articulating the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense to staff and provides a compelling picture of the new organization; and
    • Coaching staff on the value of their contribution within the new organization.
  • A minimum of two (2) projects within the last ten (10) years performing ALL of the following tasks for a science-based and/or health care sector client:
    • Designing interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through people-centered change; and
    • Designing interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through system-centered change.
  • A minimum of two (2) projects within the last ten (10) years professional work experience planning and organizing people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service in order to improve its quality and the interaction between a service provider and its customers (service design);
  • A minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years carrying out performance monitoring and reporting activities on change management for a Government of Canada (GoC) client department/agency/crown corporation client;
  • Any of the following professional designations:
    • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP);
    • Change Management Specialist (CMS);
    • Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM);
    • Prosci Change Management Certification;
    • APGM Organizational Change Management Foundation;
    • AIM Change Management Certification; OR
    • Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
  • Completed a post secondary education in any of the following fields of study:
    • Business; and
    • Sciences.
