 Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant, Intermediate, for one of our key government clients.    

 Candidate MUST have the following: 

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability; 
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing Business Process Re-Engineering services within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporations; 
  • A completed a minimum four (4) projects in the nine (9) years’ preceding the date of bid closing providing Business Process Re-Engineering services within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation; and 
  • A minimum two (2) projects in the nine (9) years’ preceding the date of bid closing providing Business Process Re-Engineering services for Human Resource processes within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation. 

 Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience: 

  • Experience in addition to the minimum of five (5) years required in M1 to a maximum of nine (9) years’ experience in providing Business Process Re-Engineering services within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation; 
  • A Minimum of four (4) projects required for M2 in the nine (9) years’ preceding the date of bid closing providing Business Process Re-Engineering services within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation 
  • A minimum of two (2)  projects in the nine (9) years’ preceding the date of bid closing providing advice in developing and integrating process and information models within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation; 
  • A minimum of two (2) projects in the nine (9) years’ preceding the date of bid closing providing advice on and/or assist in implementation new processes and organizational changes within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation; and 
  • A minimum of four (4) projects in the nine (9) years’ preceding the date of bid closing providing Business Process Re-Engineering services for Human Resource processes within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Governments or large corporation.
