Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Business Analyst, Level 2, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Secret;
  • Five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, at the time of bid closing, performing the following tasks: Providing strategic and operational advice and guidance regarding information management strategies, practices, models and solutions and contributing to information management policies, procedures and tools, such as revising and updating policies, assessing the effectiveness of policies, providing advice and guidance to policies (e.g. key performance indicators, assessments, and required changes);
  • Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years, at the time of bid closing, working on projects where, in the same project, the proposed resource developed and implemented Information Management1 (IM) solutions;
  • Two (2) projects within the past seven (7) years, at the time of bid closing, developing and implementing enterprise content management strategies and products;
  • Two (2) years of experience within the past four (4) years, at the time of bid closing, working on Information Technology (IT) projects; and
  • Two (2) years of experience within the past four (4) years, at the time of bid closing, assisting in the development and deployment of enterprise document records management systems.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience within the past five (5) years, at the time of bid closing, working as an Information Management Business Analyst, for a Federal Government department or agency (crown corporation experience acceptable);
  • Three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years, at the time of bid closing, working on electronic document records management projects;
  • Three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years, at the time of bid closing, working on enterprise electronic document and records management system projects; and
  • Two (2) projects, within the past five (5) years, at the time of bid closing, in the implementation of enterprise document and data management, including developing and implementing information management strategies, file retention EDRMS business rules, assessments and measuring the information holdings against quantitatively measured criteria such as: fitness for use, consistency, accessibility, accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, security and re-use.
